Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service engagements

Before work starts: if you cancel before onboarding begins, we refund any prepaid fees in full.
Monthly retainers: you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. A service month that has already started is not refundable, and no further months are billed after the notice period ends.
One-time projects: fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Fees for work not yet started are refunded.
Advertising budgets: unspent prepaid ad budget is refunded or credited at the end of the engagement. Amounts already spent on the ad platforms cannot be recovered.
Third-party costs: government filing fees, attorney fees, lab testing fees and similar third-party costs already paid on your behalf are not refundable.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Products bought on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy.

Email hello@auralpha.com with your invoice or order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
