Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Products sold through our own checkout ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the U.S.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from U.S. fulfillment centers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, email hello@auralpha.com and we will trace it with the carrier, then reship or refund it.

Services

Our marketplace, advertising and compliance services are delivered digitally and do not involve shipping.
